NAYEC is a one-week business planning camp for youth between the ages of 13 and 15 designed to improve business, academic, and life skills through entrepreneurship. This is an opportunity for youth to gain valuable skills while enjoying the traditional summer camp experience.

This fall we are excited to start Ventures, which allows high school students to start a business and receive school credit. CFNWA will help the students complete a business plan and upon completion they will be eligible for a loan which will be repaid on their behalf by Northern Alberta Development Council if they successfully graduate. Northern Alberta Development Council's (NADC)
NADC's mission is to identify and implement measures that will advance northern development, as well as advise government on opportunities and issues. The NADC is a regional development council of and for northerners.
They act as a catalyst to identify, priorize and analyze northern economic issues and opportunities. They do this in partnership with the private sector, communities, economic development agencies, aboriginal groups and government departments. Visit their site to learn more.
